Looks like everyone's favorite melodic doom/death/prog metal band will pay the States a visit this fall -- right around the time of PPUSA IX. In fact, as luck would have it, they play The Orbit Room in Grand Rapids the very night of the Helloween/Gamma Ray/Manticora gig (Thursday, September 25) that opens this year's metal fest. Damn!

OPETH with High On Fire and Baroness. Tickets on sale starting next week via TicketBastard. Or now via Opeth Ticketing.

Looks like they hit all the usual spots (including Philly, New York, Chicago, Grand Rapids, Milwaukee, San Fran, Vegas, Orlando, Atlanta, L.A., St. Paul, Denver, Dallas, Austin, Houston, Norfolk, plus a couple of dates in Canada).
