I think that they are extremely talented especially Mikael Akerfeldt. They put out some of the best music i have ever heard. What are your opinions on this group?

i can't put my feelings into words....

they are so different from the restt,unique,complicated in such a way that you don't think they are showing off,their lyrics are simply awesome,and you always have something new to discover in them,even in songs you've listened 3843565843091-24-3 times.....Opeth is really a touching band...

I've loved Opeth ever since I heard an edited version of 'The Drapery Falls' on a Metal Hammer/Xfm Radio cover CD. Had to laugh at the DJ blokey though - Ian Camfield described Opeth as a 'very new outfit' - at the start of 2000, just after the release of Blackwater Park - their fifth album, I believe?
