Order status?

Alright, I THOUGHT i preordered the new katatonia CD, but when I checked my check and credit card statements I was never charged for them, nor have I gotten an email about it either. Does anyone know if they wait to charge your card until the release date, or if they do it immediately? Also, anyone know if there's a way to look up order status from their website? Thanks for any help!

yeah i hjad something similar happening to me but for myself it was the other way around there was the charge for it but no order, i think they have a messed up system, i had to scan my invoice to show payment so they would send it

I ordered both the single and Swedish import of the album from snapper.
I got email confirmations straight away and payment was taken at the time of ordering.
