Other than Carvin, what guitar companies offer "assemble your own" guitar kits?

I can't really find a guitar that meets my specifications, so I'm looking to build one the way I want it. I know about Carvin's kit already. What other companies offer "assemble your own" guitar kits?

Also, I have an amp question. I'm looking for a 50-100W amp with good lead tone for about $500 or less, preferably less. Seems like alotta companies are designing their amps for the power-chord abusing mallcore guitarist. I want something that'll sound sweet for screaming lead guitar! Any suggestions?
