Hi guys, havent posted any pics of myself in a while.

Who are you to judge. Not sick or anything like that, don't feel bad about it. It's just that I have always had this problem with gaining weight:-S. Not sure if the low intake of milk,-products can have something to do with it.

Also went to the gym some months before, but it won't work. Thinking about gainer mix to add more proteins in my daily intake. And I mean add, not exchange for regular food. Combine that with 2-3 visits at the gym/ week


Went quite off topic here,:-) but whould be interesting to hear some suggestions!

Probably not, you're probably picking up protein, calcium, etc. from other sources, my guess is you just have a high metabolism, cherish it while it lasts.

Don't bother with weight gainers, they just increase the size of your turds.

Get regular exercise, eat healthy and don't bother with what people have to say.

If you're that worried you can go to a doctor who may take a blood test to check for things, I'd say you have nothing to worry about, you're thin but you don't look gaunt or anaemic to me.

Weight gainer is fine, but unnecessary IMO. Peanut butter and olive oil go a long way :) Quite a few high-metabolismed folk have to eat 5,000-7,000 calories a day to gain anything. A bit inconvenient I must say (in my state I gain steadily on around 3500-4000 cals), but there are plenty of sneaky ways to boost your caloric intake. And many people who think they eat a lot don't actually eat as much as they think they do. Actually track your caloric intake every day for a week using www.fitday.com and see how much you really eat, then ask again.
