They dont have a taste in particular, they have a very simple flavor, but the properly way to eat the eggs is this :

1.- First you need to make a small hole in the egg
2.- Add some limon, sal and some sausage, buffalo sausage is the best for this

3.- Then after that, just put your mouth over the hole and suck with your lips the contain of the eggs and swallow
