it's really not that funny.
toby's room mate's girlfriend said there was some creepy suspicious asian guy trying to look in the window of toby's room where i was sleeping. when they spotted him, he looked really alarmed/caught off guard and started going up the fire escape. (?)
anyway, they went back 5 minutes later and he was lurking again. he pretended to leave, but they saw him going back.
i called the police.
they're taking forever.
i'm alone.
this sucks.

I would say either go upstairs and ask him if he was lurking or call the cops again and make them show up, and then have them ask the guy on the 3rd floor if he was lurking.

okay, it's been a REALLY long time and the cops still haven't showed up!
i called again and asked where the fuck they were and they said they never received a report like that! the woman was really rude and was like "well maybe they came by and there was nothing there so they left." way to fucking notify me?! "maybe?"
that's so fucked.
i guess they're coming by "again" now.
but on a more optimistic note: toby says that there's some guy who lives on the third floor who is also asian. maybe it was him, locked out, in which case there's not anything to worry about.
