I am certain that when Billy moved to Texas, more than one person said "Fuck, there goes the neighborhood." That isn't the point though. The point isn't that the demographic of the neighborhood changed. The point is that with that change came bad things like the abuse in the article. Admittadly, there are some bad things that come of Italians moving in. They bring their Iroc's and Aqua Velva. They also bring some great food and women with huge cans!
