well... if someone feels better...after that implant operation then why no? I know girls that were very closed and shy before their implant operation and turned into femme fatale after that. And now all man are dying to date them...

And man... penis implant are silly, but I guess they help to some man to feel like real man... it's mass psychosis that girls don't like small dicks... With regards to this subject matter, why care if others want to enlarge their breasts or dicks?

Why should it concern a person what another person does when what the person does has no direct or any other type of affect on said person?

If a woman wants to enlarge her breasts...good for her!

I say to each their own...I'm not gonna be feelin' up on some fake boobs anytime soon ...so I really don't care. I would find it wierd though if I was with a guy that had a penial enlargement. I think breast alteration is more common. I would never do that to myself though...I have never had any complaints about my breast size .
