Haha Im not trying to revive actually, I didnt find out until yesterday that If I commented on an old thread it brought it up to the front. I can stop if you want me to though
 
I never understood why reviving old threads was a social faux pas.

Example #1 (from another thread):

October 2009:
Hey Matt, Any chance at all of "Nailed" appearing on the new CD? Let me know, OK?

Someone bumps 2 year old thread today for no good reason.

Unsuspecting reader today:
Where have you been? Yes, it's on the new album. Everyone knows that by now!

Moral of the story: bumps to old threads are OK when done judiciously and for good reason. There needs to be a good reason because they cause a ton of the confusion for the people who read all the threads daily.
 
Yeah but what about threads that don't belong in a certain period of time... if we were to discuss hairstyles from the 80s everyone should be able to join in and speak their mind.
