Phonic Powerpod Mixer for DI

I was gonna buy a countryman 85 di box sunday and then i saw my vocalist had this.

Its got a 7 band Eq and 2 Super Hi Z inputs. Any thoughts on using this for vocals, bass and guitar DI? Anyone have any experience with it?
