Piano tabs

I need to tab some piano parts and I have no clue how. What is an easy way to do this?!

Piano tabs? as long as I know there's no such thing as piano tabs. You can download midi's and open them on a midi program, that's the easiest way to do it.

The SyX website has midis that you can download an open with a midi program (ie.Encore)

Why the hell would you need to tab piano?

Just say the note and postion it in
Like C3 or middle C,

why would you tab it with numbers? This makes no sense

I didn't excatly mean tab, I just didn't know how I would write it out without using a staff!

Give the key sig,
then give the pitch, and give the notes by name, this is the easiest way.

I don't play piano but I have one tab. And it looks somthing like this:

SYNTH 1 (STRINGS AND CHOIR)-INTRO AND VERSE
RIGHT HAND
E F# G F# C# E D# E F G G# G C D D #

LEFT HAND
E B E B C# G#C# G# F C F C G A#G#
E-HOLD-----C#-HOLD----F-HOLD----G A#G#

SYNTH 2(CHOIR)-OUTRO FROM VERSE
LEFT HAND
A# C D
RIGHT HAND

and so on.

Why the heck would anyone need to tab piano? Just take the time and learn to read sheet music. It should take you roughly an hour to get the basics in.
