the title in swedish is "Ronja Rövardotter"....
i don'rt know the english one but it must be sth like "ronja the daughter of the robber"

i've seen this film when i was a kid i think! "Ronja, die Räubertochter" in german!:) i don't really remember a lot of it, but i stood under the impression, that it was a children movie! sorry, Fjelltussa, i really don't remember too much of it anymore! i definitly would watch it if it would come up on tv again!!

I've read that book, 'Ronja Ryövärintytär', but haven't seen the movie or theatre play. It was a good book :)

Yup, it's a childrens movie, hehe. The best one there is!! But I think it's just as funny to 7 years olds to 20 years olds, or 80 years olds ;) :D
 
All of Astrid Lindgrens books are great BTW...:) My faves are hmmm, I´ll try to translate the titles, dunno if they are really called that tho; Ronja, the daughter of the robber (thanks for that one MEl...:D ), Mio my Mio (?) and The Brothers Lionheart... Still read ´em every now and then...:)

Hehe, I remember I thought The Brothers Lionheart was so scary. :p All the Pippi books are really great (And I found out a while ago, quite accidentally, that "spunk" actually means something!!!!!!!!!! :D Wonder if Astrid Lindgren knew about that.... Don't remember what it meant, but the word stood in my english dictionary.) Emil is also very funny, and The Children in Bakkebygrenda was one of my favourites when I was little... :)
