The clip lock to have the strap really high but still be able to take it off and on, and the strap-locks to make sure the strap stays attached to the endpins...
I dont have any locks and mine never falls off.

I played a show last night with my band. The thing is, I have played sitting down for the longest time (in the classical position) and I never had any problem getting good access to the high frets. Except when I play standing up, I always have to move my body awkwardly to find a good position and I have yet to find a good one. The one I have found that works only decent for me is putting my left leg on something. Does anyone else know a better position?
