Thanks, guys. Landlord said they are not responsible. I can barely pay rent, exterminator is out of the question. I guess I'll be sleeping on the floor for awhile. Ah, well. At least now I know.
If an exterminator is out of the question, I would buy or rent a shop vac, vacuum up as many of those things as possible on a daily basis, and get some of these foggers and fog the crap out of the whole place (after removing any pets) as many times as it takes. Rubbing alcohol kills them on contact and its cheap....spray everything down...take all clothes and bedding to a laundromat and dry for an hour then put in bags so they don't become contaminated again. Wait two Weeks and do it all again....
