I'm new into the whole death metal/black metal thing...so I need some bands to download!

I'm not really into the whole cannibal corpse type DM...a bit too brutal for my tastes, but here is some of the music i really enjoy.

Right now...I love BORKNAGAR. Awesome music. Empericism is amazing.

I really love the clean vocals he uses in parts of the songs.

Know any other bands like them?

as far as borknagar like bands.... check out Vintersorg. Vintersorg is the new vocalist for Borknagar (hes on empiricism and the new album), his solo stuff is amazing, VINTERSORG!

if u like the clean singing in Borknagar, try vintersorg, some of their stuff is pretty good, although i really dont know how to classify them
