Ptk by a mile. Even though rib is a more memorable album, it's not as fun of a listen as the more brutal kreator album

The opposite of what you said is actually the correct answer, and not just because Kreator wouldn't have sounded the same without Slayer guiding the way.

.

Kreator has some great moments... but Slayer has great albums.

hello? Christ Illusion? God Hates Us All?

hell I'd listen to Renewal before I'd listen to those albums.

Both bands have released their fair share of pretty bad albums in more recent years. Slayer's classic material is still obviously superior to Kreator's best.

Endorama is the biggest piece of shit either band has released. Still prefer Kreator overall though.

Endorama isn't horrible and is certainly better than Slayer's trash material. Endorama is disturbing at first because Kreator aren't supposed to be a rock band playing love songs, but if you shut your eyes and open your mind some of the songs are pretty good. Some are pretty bad. The live version of Golden Age is vastly better than the album version.

Precisely. Up through Divine Intervention Slayer was pretty much untouchable. Don't get me wrong Kreator has some badass stuff but they have never released albums of the magnitude of Reign in Blood or Hell Awaits.

True.

I honestly don't see how anyone can like Endorama, it's Kreator's "Cold Lake." Oh well.

Stop thinking of it as a Kreator album. Recatalog it as Mille Petrozza's Gay Band. Then it will all make sense.

Also don't think of it as metal. Listen to it as a rock album. The disappointment is caused by expectations of insane thrashing being utterly unfulfilled.

It's actually just really gay and typical fag rock, so maybe that's why people don't like it.
