POD + Impulses

Sooo...

I haven't posted around here in a long time, and I've switched my username. But in all likelyhood no one remembers me anyways lol.

But anyways,

I've been messing around with Guitar Hack's impulses. I'm using my pod minus cab emulation, with pretty good results. My main problem though is WHILE I'm recording, all I hear is the pre-convoluted sound which is just slightly audible fizz. I know other people are probably using their pods and impulses. Whats your way around this? Also, I'm using Voxengo Boogex, if thats of any help... for me help.... please help? lol

enable monitoring in your host, instead of the pod's monitoring
