Wow, oh wow. I've never really heard anything Nevermore put out there before DHIADW (except for no more will, just one song) and I'm really digging this cd. It feels alot thrashier than the newer records which is pretty sweet. Getting back to the roots. I'm also really digging Loomis' tone. Does he use a mesa or 5150 on the album? (sounds like it might be one of the two, but I could be wrong)

So far I've only listened to (and currently am listening to) is the 7 tongues of god, but I'm so fucking hooked. That opening riff at 0:12 is fucking bone crushing.

POE is my second fav cd from nevermore's discography. I still like tge best. I have my POE moments when i listen to only POE. The POE tittle track is just amazing, next in line rules, this sacrament, 42147, learning, tiananmen man

PoE was pat o'briens mesa mark IV head, through a marshall 1960B IIRC. same setup as the in memory LP by the way.

No first 7string album was Dead heart. But if you havent heard DnB or PoE youve missed the best albums nevermore has done IMHO... DnB along with scenes from a memory (DT) are my favorite albums ever.

Sick! I've been thinking about getting a Mark IV for awhile. Everyone says they're amazing amps. Now it's between either the Diezel VH4S (awesome, but extremely pricey) or the Mark IV

man... you must listen to that album some more. It is the best album ever created by man. No more will, fault of the flesh, all pla dead etc. Some of my favorite songs ever.
