poll voters: the bad and the ugly

in an effort to get a few more votes in the sticky polls, and perhaps speed up things a little, i'm starting on a crusade to:
a) get those users who have not voted on all three polls to do so;
b) get regulars who have not voted at all to do so;
c) get dark tranquillity fans from other board to drop by and vote.

suggestions and help for (c) are more than welcome. (b) i'm sure i can manage on my own, and as for (a), well, here we go.
