That video never gets old. I've seen it probably ten times and it's just as funny as it was the first. The best part is when they do the Chun Li win glitch. I still have no idea why Dhalsim yells "Tiger" though. That's the audio from a Tiger Shot anyway, which is what Sagat does.

saw that on mythbusters where they tried to make the goats faint (mythbusters has some really fucking terrible and useless episodes haha) and it was pretty ridiculous. imagine whenever you get scared all your muscles tense up and you can't move whatsoever, talk about completely unproductive.
