Yep, I got the black coated disk and death certificate, whatever the significance of that edition may be.

It's a limited collectors edition. I guess not so limited, since it seems that everyone who's bought the reissue, have it.

Yesterday I bought Symphony X- Paradise Lost. I bought it cause I happened to see it at the store and I'd heard a lot of good things about them here, and I gave it a listen. Id have to say its pretty cool for the most part.

Wanted to make one last trip to the music store before I go back home to California. I'm glad I did, because I met the guy who was responsible for selling so many of the used CDs I bought this month (including the Burzum albums) and I talked with him for about 20 minutes.

I tend to make the most out of meeting fellow metalheads, seeing as it's a relatively rare occurrence for me. Plus, if he hadn't sold them, they would not be in my collection.

You should have asked him to contact you next time he intends to sell some cds. That way you might get the cds even cheaper by buying them directly from him.

I doubt that. Chance are he got chump change for each of those albums he sold to the store. I've never gotten more than 3 or 4 dollars for any album I've sold back to my local record chain. Then they go into the used section for about double the price they bought them for.

I just ordered Burzum-Burzum/Aske and Satyricon-Dark Medieval Times today. I got a used Burzum ordered off Amazon for 13 $ and Dark Medieval Times through Relapse.

The only thing stopping me from buying the remaining two black metal offerings from Burzum that I don't have (aka Burzum/Aske and Det Som Engang Var) is the outrageous prices that most distros sell them for. Of course I could always look harder but, ya know.

Go check Amazon for used prices, one is 12.99, I got the 12.95 one, so it may not be there, but there's a 17 $ brand new one, just look under the Burzum/Aske CD.
