I ordered last night and I haven't received an e-mail from him yet. When I ordered the new Manilla Road, I received an e-mail 20 mins after I ordered it.

EDIT: Just got the e-mail. Tim is the man.

It was 11 PM. When I ordered the Manilla Road, it was 1:30 AM, but I think he was out West when I ordered that and hadn't moved to PA yet
