Post your music here if you want people to comment on it

Here are couple songs from my band's latest CD, Supernova. We pretty much recorded everything on own except for Drums and Bass which we went to a studio for. The final product was mixed and mastered by an engineer. The songs are all kind of different, which is a theme that carried through the CD. The heaviest of the songs is Icons of Evil so if your not into the melodic and proggy stuff you may want to skip the other 2 tracks.

Hey again,
I'd like people to comment on the new song Burn The Red City which is at the address in my sig. Specifically would you keep the mid-section break going a bit longer? It's introduced with a dela rocha like "OUGH", and we've been toying with making the bit with just cymbal crashes twice as long, and using some major key lead playing over a slightly modified version of the intense thrash thing being played, to make the plummet down the semi-tone into the full-on band thing even more powerful.

Aside from that, I hope a coupla people here might just really fucking enjoy it, but it's not gonna be for everyone I know that!!

Hey guys, how are you doing?

After 10 long months of waiting, here's our next DT split-screen cover. This time we had another special guest on vocals, Denis Oliveira, a local singer and friend.

Kudos to Dream Theater for writing such fantastic and inspiring music, we had lots of fun doing this collab.

http://www.myspace.com/blackmasspentagramsatan Here listen to me and my friend make shitty black metal music. The only one with vocals and music is the Raventhrone (vocals) track. The others are just instrumentals. It's me singing, I suck, I know. Just listen to the song the whole way through, cuz we had a slow start, then it becomes blistering artic satan metal lol. We used a drum machine. We only had a drum machine and me and the guitarist. We are actually pretty "trve kvlt" because it was recorded in his computer room with a web cam microphone. Yeah, it blows. But if you make music it should make you feel better to know you're better than us haha.

Pay At The Pump, is a hardcore/metalcore band based out of Okahoma City, Oklahoma. With energetic shows, catchy riffs and a love for music, this is definitely one band you dont want to over look.

hey guys,
so we have another new song up. it's called grinding down the sun. it's really good. any reviews welcome.

I really like the new song! Like I said before you guys have a great rock vocalist for sure. The music is nice a technical without losing any of the melody. Kind of reminds me of soundgarden at points which is a great thing to me because they are probably my all time favorite band.

On another note. Autolatry has a new track up and the album art done for our upcoming album "The Hill" The song is called Guilty By Existence and it's the opening track to the album. The copy up has yet to be mastered. Link below.

you had other tracks up before i believe? i love the hypnotic vibe, the track is superbly played and the guitars weave melancholy. i look forward to the mastering, it sounds mighty already. we are looking to do full band recordings soon, do you go through a studio and pros or are you recording and mixing yourself? unfortunately i have to go to work now and the new myspace is slowing the playing of the song! but i'm gonna listen again later. the vibe will be in my head all day!

Yes we did have other tracks up before and they were all rerecorded for the album. We did everything ourselves as far as recording goes, we only outsource the mastering because you cannot mix and master something with the same people... I know some people do, but I have found that you always get better results if the guy doing the mastering is in a different studio and wasn't a part of the original recording so he has a fresh perspective when it comes to the music. Glad you like the stuff for sure! Thanks for giving it a listen.

I've got a bunch of projects going on at the moment. I figured I'd post them all here.

Formless
This is my technical death metal band (I do vocals, program drums/arrangements, and songwriting). The music is very technical, but never loses its sense of melody. Each song has some shred-tastic solos, but while they're extremely technical, they're still seething with emotion.
You can check out our Myspace and our demo is available for free download here.

This White Mountain
This White Mountain is my atmospheric black metal band I started a couple years ago. The music was never "tr00" black metal, but definitely drew from black metal influences, as well as post-rock, folk, and a little death metal. There are a number of albums available for download on the Band Camp page, you can purchase the Spanning the Void demo on CD Baby (physical copy or digital download), and you can check out samples from all the albums on the band's Sound Cloud profile.

Schillerndtag
This is a depressive/post-black metal project (think bands like Alcest, Agalloch, Drudkh, Lantlos, Mortifera) that I started up with my friend a little while ago. We have one song completed at the moment (sans vocals). You can check it out on Band Camp. We will be finishing up a split album including this band and a few others in the near future.

Geflimmernacht
This band is in the same vein as Schillerndtag, the only difference being it's solely my project. Ryan writes most of the stuff for Schillerndtag, so while the music fits into a similar genre, the style is definitely distinguishable. I have one song completed thus far, and you can check it out on the Band Camp page. This band will be appearing on the split with Schillerndtag.

Korpvs Noktvrnvs
This is my attempt at "tr00" black metal. It's much different than the other "black metal" I've been putting out or composing, and has the raw, aggressive sound the genre is most noted for. I don't know exactly what to compare it to, but I had been listening to a lot of Darkthrone all day when I decided to get started on it, haha. There's definitely a little Emperor and Belphegor influence in there, too. You can check out both the songs on the Band Camp page.

Defiled In The Glow Of The Twilight
This is my deathcore project. It started off as a joke, but now it's much more serious, just with a satirical spin. I have a bunch of songs recorded, but nothing finalized yet, other than this song. You can hear the rough recordings of the other songs on my personal Sound Cloud profile.
