Basically Podgie is hitting the nail on the head, being 'kvlt' is like living to the ideal's of a cult, in this case typically what I would describe these people who try to epitomise everything that the black metal scene stands for (whether it be underground or "mainstream") in their musical & aesthetic ideals, who can be more 'black metal' to the extreme point, being more fucking kvlt man!
