I do 6 days a week, 3 groups, twice a week.
day one is bis and tris with core.
day two is chest and back with core.
day three is legs, shoulders and lower back, with extra core.
I usually start off a day with a run/jog, then end it with 20+ minutes of fat burn on either a bike, elliptical or a StairMaster.
Rinse, and repeat.
Not a bad workout and slightly resembles mine:
Monday: Back and Bis
Tuesday: Chest and Tris
Wednesday: Shoulders and Legs
Thursday: Back and Bis
Friday: Chest and Tris
Saturday: Shoulders and Legs
Sunday: Off
Honestly, I would like to start running again but I really need to quit smoking fully until I do that. I'm doing strength training but I'm not looking for 100% mass. Right now, I'm just working on where I want to be strength wise and when I hit that chokepoint, I'll stay there and work on tone.
