Honestly, I would like to start running again but I really need to quit smoking fully until I do that. I'm doing strength training but I'm not looking for 100% mass. Right now, I'm just working on where I want to be strength wise and when I hit that chokepoint, I'll stay there and work on tone.

Yea, in starting my new routine I stopped drinking, smoking weed, smoking cigars, everything. I just wanted to feel healthy, and, I've done it. haha.
