post your sexy pics here

There you go again.

How frustrated are you, exactly?

He has no frustration. He just likes his three litre bottle of Bicardi. Then when it's been emptied he plays with himself using it.

That's right, up ye, dirty sand my pals.

I didn't vote. My lack of faith in democracy as a form of political organisation aside, none of these people, these parties represent me - not in the slightest. I'm not even a political extremist of any form, which speaks more to the blandness and inability of our current political set up.

SNP use alot of buzzwords that stir up latent feelings of nationalism (probably a mistaken belief, in all honesty) in the average person. Take away that and their correct policies towards nuclear disarmament and they have nothing. They're tax policies are empty, their understanding of how Scotland works in the union is horribly backward and to top it all of - should blind nationalism lead us down a path that is ultimately gonna screw us over? I'm a true patriot and I still think no. Changing Scotland for the better won't take a childish separation of Scotland from the United Kingdom - it'll take a hell of alot more.

The great tragedy here is that NONE of the parties are any better. The Lib Dems are a bunch of lame-ducks, led by the most uncharismatic of characters. The Tories are never going to win anything in Scotland anymore and the Socialists are (frankly!) stupid, despite George Galloway and Tommy Sheridan being of razor-intellects. (Yes, I realise Colin Fox leads the Socialists now, but only in name).

All in all, I think it's all a bit silly. (New) Labour turned out to be red-painted Conservatives and their social inclusion policies, ignorant understanding of multiculturalism, idiotic policy-making with regards to law & order, the NHS and education probably means they should all be lined up and shot for treason. Maybe you don't remember, but as the most politically astute of children, I don't think this country has got any better in the last ten years of Blair's Britain, infact I'd posit that it's got way worse.

Teehee, you said they're instead of their. :p

Scotland has its collective finger in several economic pies; oil surplus, the finance sector, fishing, music, food and even forestry, to a lesser degree. You say they use buzzwords. That's fair enough, but so do most parties that try to be "down with" youth. You're a Sacha Baren Cohen fan, am I right? You'll no doubt have noticed, via the medium of Ali G, how cleverly (and poignantly, to be honest) he showed the sad separation between the politicians who are supposedly representing us and they themselves, through all those he duped into interviews. Taking your "childish separation of Scotland from the United Kingdom" statement as an insinuation of my personal motivations behind supporting SNP, it's not. See above. Granted, I'll concede that, looking at the other 4 countries' in the EU that are post-20th century independent increased wealth, I do have a slightly romanticisied view of it all.

Lib Dems appear to pussy foot too much, and can't appear to give an answer to bigger issues. I hate The Tories. Well, I use "hate" flippantly, but I've never liked their policies. When I was younger and (more) naive I had delusions of leftist views, Marxism, socialism etc. But have since lost faith in all that, especially since I scarcely ever see where the SSP are coming from, logically, at least. New Labour, despite many of the social anomalies you've pointed out (with NHS 24 being on top of my list - a fucking joke, if I may say), haven't done as bad a job (for some!) as others would like to think. I'm not saying there's a big, glorious answer to it all, but I have some hope.

In all honesty though - I won't bullshit you - I'm not as politically perceptive or shrewd as I perhaps ought to be because 1) I'm not old enough to vote (yet!), so I, cynically perhaps, see my input as having a minimal effect; and 2) I find politics and politicians very fucking tedious, and get sick of it all rather quickly. Christ, even half an hour into watching 'Question Time' can be grating, I find.

Anyhoo, enough o' this shite, back tae sexy pics.

Any party with "Nationalist" in its name worries me. It's archaic. A difference exists between a pride in ones national heritage and out right silliness. We're not better in this country than any other, yet we seem to think differently. The SNP have no real economic understanding of how Scotland in the Union works. I wouldn't swallow the propoganda spouted by Labours bitch, The Sun, and other various newspapers but we have no need for the type of party the SNP are in power. Devolution should work on a certain level, but we're not achieving that level and I'll be damned if I'll throw my hat in with some base and frankly annoying bunch of nationalists.

I have vitriol against democracy as political organisation anyways, and detest most of the parties, I just happen to dislike the SNP a great deal.

ha! nice!
That Witchblade #28 was that comic that got me back into comics.
I saw a guy with a sword on the cover and had to buy it.
Sara Pez rules!

Ian rocks my socks, for sure. #21 got me into comics (along with the show), but for the same reason. Kickass guy with a sword on the cover. That and issue #18, which I will post because I have no new photos of myself. Currently in the process of getting #97 with scantily clad Ian on the front. :dopey:
