I hate Art Historians. Mainly because every single art historian that I have met knows NOTHING about History.

I've heard some Art History Profs assert that it was Charlemagne that was the first of the Franks to convert to Christianity.

Quintessence is a restaurant. They only sell raw foods, but it's amazing. They prepare the foods wonderfully, and they're also pretty cheap, if money is an issue for someone

Yeah, raw food is a very rare thing for me to be in the mood for. Thought sushi was ok, but would never actively seek it or any other raw meat or dish.

They have pasta (made out of squash), wraps, shakes, pizza and stuff like that. Very vibrant and fresh food
