DragonForce is one of the most technical if not "the" most technical power metal band or band period that ive heard. Erm Falconer aint bad but when you say they gotta have "balls" im not too sure what you mean, it sounds good but dont expect thrashy rythmic guitars or shit like that, its power all the way baby.
