Hey, I like some of your pictures quite a lot... have to agree with you on the lighting. But the whole thing isn't made for photographers but for the people to have fun, remember? You have a very good cam, makes me really jealous. Try to put up the ISO a bit more (I have used ISO 1600 for all of my pics), won't hurt for pictures that are published in "web-size".
