PRIMAL FEAR To Join THE 2003 METAL GODS TOUR?
German power metallers PRIMAL FEAR have been offered a slot on the upcoming The 2003 Metal Gods Tour, a multi-band package featuring HALFORD, co-headliners TESTAMENT, IMMORTAL, CARNAL FORGE, PAIN MUSEUM, and AMON AMARTH.
"We're just in negotiations [about joining the tour] and [are presently] consider[ing] our possibilities," the band said in a statement on their official web site. In other news, PRIMAL FEAR's "History Of Fear" DVD will be mixed in April for an August release through Nuclear Blast. "The first editings [sic] of the picture parts are looking very promising," according to the group.
PRIMAL FEAR's next studio album will tentatively be recorded in October/November with a worldwide release planned for Feb. 22, 2004. A world tour in support of the album will kick off in March 2004.
