Problems with Sneap.com

I was hoping i could get some help with my inability to properly access Andy's site. I can get to the home page, "www.andysneap.com", but when i click on the logo as prompted, nothing happens, the site doesnt load. Even when i search back to the Tube Screamer samples i cant access any part of the site beyond the home page.
What can i do?
As far as i understand the page should load in anotehr window, and my popups seem to be enabled, but that wouldnt realy stop me from accessing the downloads page, would it?

I need help, this is one site that, im sure, you could all understand that i NEED access to.

Any and all advice GREATLY appreciated.

What web browser (name and version number) and operating system (name and version number) are you running?

Internet Explorer and Windows XP, i have no fuckin clue what versions tho.

Would it help to upgrade them?

Is your windows hosts file perhaps referencing an old server IP address for Andy's site?

Is javascript enabled ? Are popup allowed ?

Try downloading and installing the free FireFox browser, then surf to AndySneap.com with it! If that doesn't fix the problem, then it's probably an issue with your ISP.
