A: Many times, but there're usually pretty fresh. I've pronounced people dead on a number of occasions.

A: Not if it is your job, or if you were obsessed about them. Otherwise, it's odd to just bring up word about corpses in a normal conversation I think.

A: No, it should be increased. Criminals are people who refuse to recognize other people's rights and then trample on them. They should not have rights of their own. When proof of their inhumane acts of violent rape, child molesting or murder are proven 100%, it should be DEATH.
