This French band calls their style Movie Metal as it's heavily orchestrated and influenced by film scores though it mainly sounds like epic symphonic metal to me. This song Pirates has wonderful passages. Check the part at 3.20 onwards where you have some beautiful music before the vocals return and then again you get grandiose elements sweeping in, A bit Queenish and also like a film score. For a band with almost zero profile and promotion they don't half sound cool. Check the other songs on youtube as well.

Orchestrations sound like they were made with a cheap program. But not everybody can afford live players I guess (yet the samples are really good in some not overly expensive software). Still, other than the sound quality they do a nice job of combining Rhapsody with various other influences, including prog, and to a lesser extent, folk.
