Why does no-one at EMI know when they're going to be released in Australia? . I've rung them three times now and get the same non-answer whenever I ask. Losing patience here, people...

Which ones are being remastered? Everything, or just up to Empire? I'm guessing Promised Land (awesome album!), HITNF (dud album!) and Q2K (the most underrated album of our time!) won't need remastering.

On another note, do you think Mercury will ever get sick of releasing Rush best-ofs? "The Spirit of Radio" came out recently and, as with their other compilations ("Chronicles", "Retrospective I & II") they only go up to "Hold Your Fire" because after that Rush went to... Atlantic, I think.

And it's almost time for another batch of Maiden rereleases. Fingers crossed!!!

Promised Land and HITNF have been remastered, with bonus tracks galore. No Q2K because it was released on another label and did so poorly that QR got dropped after one album. Haven't heard it meself, so I can't comment either way.

And yes, the new Rush thing is quite unnecessary. I already have Chronicles and both Retrospectives, so I see no point in buying that as well.
