Question about blending drum samples and processing.

When you blend multiple samples to create your own sample. Do you process each sample individually to get just whatever part you want from that sample (just the low end, the crack) or do you put all the samples together and then process them all together through a bus ?

Depends on the samples. If I wanna process 3 snare samples and combine them to one sample, but I feel sample #1 has too much ring to it, then I will process only sample #1 on its track.
I allways process individually, then the bus.
