Not really Opeth related, but I have a question about Porcupine Tree. Is Creator has a Mastertape off In Absentia based on anything? The lyrics are kinda creepy, but cool. Any ideas?

Steven's lyrics are usually quite oblique and rarely address a specific subject, so your guess is as good as mine...awesome song though, Colin Edwin is severely underrated as a bass player.

Yeah, but this one seems like it's based on a story of some sort. But yeah, I like that song.

Hmm.. probobly my least favorite song off of in absentia... what ever floats your boat

the song title is an reference to jimi hendrix, he left the mastertapes to "axis bold as love" in a cab. cool little trivia.
