Question about recording interfaces!

Hey guys whats up? i've been recording with a project mix all summer, and just recently the phantom power broke completely. I can send it in to get fixed i think, im not sure the cost, but i was thinking .. maybe just get a new interface completely? i use pro tools so i know im kinda limited. but i would like better conversion and pre amps...

any ideas? should i use something other than pro tools hah
i know alot of people here use nuendo.

What pro tools are you using? If it's the digidesign one then your really limited.
