How was Vehemence's experience at the Salt Mine? I heard that place sucks ass. Plus, I read somewhere that God Was Created had to be remixed. What's the story? Sorry if this question came up already and I missed the reponse.

Saltmine is a very nice studio, a little on the expensive side... God Was Created was remixed at Trident Studio's because Metalblade didn't like the mix the engineer at the Saltmine did. It was a learning experience for us.

It is better to work with a producer that is comfertable to work with. We ended up telling the mixer/master guys what to do there fore we were the producers of God Was Created. Overall we are happy with the album and who worked on our album. Too many cooks in the kitchen occured so we remixed it with Juan Urtega and Mike Blanchard of Trident Studios in San Francisco.
