best - i might have to agree, i think the sound of perserverence is one of the best written metal albums of all time. and the cover of painkiller is just the icing on the cake, chuck's screams are so amazing, his vibrato so wicked! or maybe the control denied album, i really love tim aymar's voice... i've heard that TSOP's material was what was supposed to be the first Control Denied album, but it didn't happen because no labels would bite, so they made it another Death album...
Worst? shit... i'm gonna get my ass handed to me, but anything by pantera, i can't stand that band, any of it... i think its terribly boring... i absolutely loathe phil's voice, and dimebag's riffs bore me to death, and his solo's as well... he's got great technique, and he is definately a capable player, but he's like Zakk, it all sounds the same to me...
