Hey kitty, Im from Suffolk county too (Westhampton Beach). Lamours is *really* easy to get to from here, just takes a while. Get on 27 and stay on it until it becomes southern state, and then the southern state will become the belt parkway. Get off at exit 5 and make a right onto bay parkway. THen just go down to 63rd street and you'll see lamour's about 6 1/2 blocks down. Can't miss it, its all black and stuff .

hey Kittie, I don't know exactly where you live but if you're planning to take either the Northern parkway or the L.I.Expressway would you be interested in doing me (..well my dear brother) a favor? send me a PM if so.

If the Southern Parkway is easier for you then nevermind

dude just go anyways. it l'amour. you're bound to know someone there. its like 15 sq ft and 8 million ppl go. not like you won't run into someone =P does the lirr stop running at a certain time? a cab back into manhatten (if u have to rush) would be... 20$? that prolly won't be necessary

I'm a girl so therefore I don't like being called dude. + chuckle+ And while I am all for trying new things but I will not go by myself because last time I was lost for NINE count them NINE hours and did not get back home from the Nightwish concert at LAmours until 10am the next morning. And now that I have embarassed myself by admitting that in public, I will go and make inane chitter chatter on the Chat threads.

Yeah I suppose in retrospect the concert was worth the 9 hour lost pilgrimage through brooklyn afterwards. I must have looked a sight, little girl in a red dress with fly away hair walking the streets, I'm surprised no one assumed I was a hooker. Granted a short chubby hooker. +cracks up laughing+ Now I am praying to get my grubby paws on a ticket, I talked to someone and hopefully I'll be hearing from him soon.

BTW: You have SA in your avvie Siner Chrsi. I final;ly got their Ecliptica album. That's another band I'd love to see come to NY!!
