I ask that because i heard all Beatles music and when i begin the listed

family of the Beatles, Maybe i wrong but is rare to me like Beatles and i like
Iron Maiden othe bands i tell you because they are to diferent music

????

Well, it's a given that most bands - whether they're hard rock or heavy metal - will say that The Beatles have been a huge influence to their music. After all, musical acts of the '50s and '60s like The Beatles and Elvis were the foundation of modern music.

Now if you dig deeper, The Beatles and Elvis based their songs on other forms of music before and during their time like classical, jazz, blues, Skiffle, etc. As a result, many of the metal songs you listen to contain attributes to those musical roots.

Interesting question. I've never heard a Beatles influence in Maiden's sound, but I think both Jeremy and Timewarrior summed it up well. Good answers, fellas!

Sigh. So true. On one hand 100,000 death metal bands all looking and sounding the same

This is so funny and true, I had a co-worker try to convince me that they were all trying to explore new sounds and genres ... I could only hear they were ALL playing the same double tom blast beats, undecipherable screaching and screaming over a non-discernable wall of over-processed guitars.

I wouldn't have believed it possible, but over time, they've perfected the craft of being worse than they were before.
