Question...

You guys don't understand Koich?

I'm going to cry

I guess Koich just isnt stating his idea of "being heavy" clear enough. I still support my statement, Wwallinga=n00b

i'm so tired of seeing the word "n00b"

But did you notice that he registered 3 months before you?

so the DAY you get into opeth you must go on your computer and register on the UM opeth board? it is possible that people have listened to the band for years, and then decided to join an online message board...

that is nothing against you POST, i have no BEEF, haha, it's just m eyes might fall out if people keep talking about n00bs. everyone was new to the band at a point. yes, there are some retarded kids that don't even make sense sometimes, and i agree, they deserve some hazing, but..ya know.

hopefully Moonlapse's FAQ aids this situation.

Nah it's ok, it's just that saying that somebody is a newbie is kinda lame.

Yea, at the judgement is heavy. The riff at the end is one of the heaviest riffs I've heard. As Akerfeldt says: Just because it's mellow doesn't mean it's any less heavy.

Someone's got his/her Lamentations quotes messed up. "Only that it's slightly mellow, doesn't mean that it's less evil, does it?" What a grammar catastrophe. :) Anyway, I don't understand you guys raving about To Rid The Disease and A Fair Judgement being heavy. I don't think so...that chorus in To Rid... is even perhaps one of the lightest moments on Damnation. A Fair Judgement certainly has a dark mood, but I don't consider it heavy at all other than for the last riff.
