I've been around since 2002, and I'm still amazed by how you guys follow typical tribe/group behaviour with your gayass hierarchy. This guy is asking some questions which to me easilly surpasses the usual interview questions, and all you guys can think of is gathering your swetty webwiz faces together to mock him, after which you'll eat some macarony your mother made for you.
