Ok the production is terrible and the myspace quality doesn't help at all, but I actually quite enjoyed what they're doing.

Give it time, listen to a few of the songs in full and see what you think.

They have download links at the bottom of the band members section of the page, the quality is better there.

I like the second song quite a bit. The vocals on the first one are a bit too much for me though.

if there was a genre called "j-garde" this would be it. and "j-anything" has never tended to be good. yet these guys are from finland? mindfuck.

J-garde? Don't think so, there's more than a few bands here doing stuff that's kind of similar. Vauva ( http://www.myspace.com/vauva ) and Sydän, sydän ( http://www.myspace.com/sydansydan ) for example. These guys seem to be way more influenced by stuff like Mr. Bungle though. Actually, now that I think about it, they sound more like Stolen Babies.
