The Leningrad Cowboys, much like Spinal Tap before them, were a satirical band made for a film Leningrad Cowboys Go America and then took on a life of their own.
They are famous for their gigantic quaffs of hair, outrageous 1950's Rock-A-Billy/Rock'n'Roll style and their live shows with the Red Army Choir.
