Rapucore Mix Practice #1: Thrash Metal - A Burning Wreck (multitracks inside!)

Thanks for uploading.
Great track and killer vocals.
Only had time to re-amp main guitars and do a quick balance.
I will get back to it during the week if I have time.
Main left/ right guitars are Mesa MK4. All other guitars are TSE X50V2

Thanks alot! :kickass:
Quite a compliment, someone whose IRs I use all the time is mixing my song

Digging the guitars, let me know if you have time to finish the mix!

Here's is my mix:

It was a good song to mix! But I found the midi file for drums not really easy to use... and velocity was really low. Anyway...!

Yeah, I don't use Superior Drummer / EzDrummer / SSD or anything, so the midi won't be quite accurate on that. I gotta do some research and maybe buy some of those so I can give everyone better midi tracks if they choose to work with midi. I'm guessing that only a few will when I start to feature live drums. :)

Great song. Vocals are awesome. Perfect example of talented screaming for people who say it's just those who can't sing. Well laid out multis made it a super easy session to work with. Had a blast. Here's my mix:

Thanks for this. Here's a few quick guitar tone tests I did. Vocs are probably too low in the mix and guitars too loud.

Edit: New mix, testing the Slate VBC on the master bus:
