i have already been there: I did some Dutch learning camp there, in a big school (i dont remember the name).
But its quite far from where my parents live...
anyways, i am only in belgium for 2 or 3 times 5days in a year

Yes, Mitzpe-Ramon is in Israel. It's on the lip of a huge natural crater. The view there is spectacular! (if you want more pics of the place, just google it)
