i'm totally agree with you mourningstar.
but if he put him this earrings, he really dont care.
and look on his pictures... the weights is too big.. look ata the pole

i don't see 300 pierced nipples everyday (luckily, id' add), but from what i see and what i know, our friend warhead's nipples are doing fine.
since you said you worked where they do piercings, you should know better than me that when you're pierced, they cannot use the smallest ring/whatever, 'cause otherwise you won't be able to put something bigger after it. probably he has to keep those only for the first period, then he'll pass on something smaller.
now, even if posting on this thread keeps busy only the 1% of my mental faculties, i'm pretty tired and tomorrow i have an exam. where i doubt they'll ask me about piercings
