I think it's pretty cool, but I also reckon you should get rid of the mouth and nose, just have the eyes. They don't look like part of "the illusion", which is the effect I assume you're going for.

You could paint the lower majority of the cast (the "majority" nearest your elbow) skin coloured and pretend you have had a prosthetic, comedy-sized penis attached to your arm.
